- KC is the only daughter of Gabby Concepcion and Sharon Cuneta (both are famous actor and actress in the Philippines).

Career
- KC was an MTV Asia VJ in 2003 but she never entered show business until she graduated in 2007.
- She signed a contract with ABS-CBN, a media company in the Philippines where she did a special entitled, KC: From Paris to Pinas.
- KC appeared in an Episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya last February 15, 2008.
- She launched her first album entitled “a.k.a. Cassandra” which includes 12 tracks, with “Imposible” as her debut single.
- In 2008, she was appointed by the United Nations World Food Program as National Ambassador Against Hunger.
- Also in 2008, she starred in For The First Time with Richard Gutierrez under Star Cinema.
- In Valentines of 2009, she will have a another film entitled “When I Met You” with his second time reel partner Richard Gutierrez under GMA Films and Regal Films.
- KC Concepcion is also set to do the remake of Lovers in Paris together with Piolo Pascual as her leading man.

i dont consider them as suited to their role..kc is not a type of a woman a kikay and pasimple…she is socialite woman ..i prefer sarah geronimo and john lloyd cruz…nakkkakilig sila and bagay sa role na yun…not piolo and kc..

sana mabigyan linaw, ang maling balita kay richard, kawawa naman talaga siya. yang PEP na yan kailagan magsara na website nila, kasi sobrang kawawa ang nabibiktima nila. ang galing nilang gumawang imbento, para lang may masulat sila. sana makonsensiya kayo sa mga pinagsusulat ninyo na walang katutuhanan. sobra na yang ginagawa ninyo, di na kayo makatao.

kaming mga kchardees, hindi kami titigil hangga’t di nila naki clear ang mga ginawa nilang pagsusulat na walang katutuhanan kay richard. kailangan namin magkaisa para mapasara yang website ng PEP na yan. kung laging ganyan ang ginagawa nila kawawa talaga ang nabibiktama nila.bakit nakakaya nilang gumawa ng imbento na hindi naman totoo. sino pa kaya ang maniniwala sa mga writers at kay miss maglipon sa website ng PEP na yan. hayan ang katunayan sa ginawa nila kay richard na sobrang galing nilang gumawa ng istorya. huwag kang mag alala chard nandito kami mga kchardees para ipaglaban ka.
